I offer a monthly subscription package for Organisations looking to book 8 or more Coaching sessions a month for their team.
Give your studio members the option to book and schedule their own appointments (1-1 Coaching or Executive Coaching) with direct access to my booking calendar.
This can also be added to existing Training, Workshop and Consultancy packages as needed. Great to revive team morale, bring focus or as part of a further employee benefit package. Renews monthly.
Leadership Onboarding:
Designed to help Coach new Leaders and Managers find their feet as they begin a new job.
Great for those who might be moving from a Senior into a Leadership position or for new starters to have support as they take charge of an unfamiliar team.
Package subscriptions available for 4, 6, 8, 12 weeks options.
Executive Coaching (for individuals):
Designed to help those specifically invested in bringing around change in their leadership, management or workplace environment.
Perhaps you are looking for support as you launch a new product, in the process of designing your next idea or planning your strategy for the next 3 months and beyond?
Executive Coaching can also cover more personal things like developing your Leadership style, investing in your own Personal Development or helping your team to succeed.
CEO/Upper Management Coaching:
I specialise in Coaching for CEOs and Upper Management. People who are dealing with high stake decision making in a highly pressurised environment.
Whilst these roles can be very desirable they often come without a full support network and can be a lonely experience.
I am keen to help you build better strategies for decision making, feel more confident in your choices, have better communications at work and also find time for your own personal development.
Coaching through Change:
Change can be scary and large organisational changes need careful planning and support in place to make sure that every member of the team feels invested and able to move forwards.
I can help Coach Teams and deliver Organisational change by supporting with 1-1 Leadership Coaching, Group Coaching and Feedback Sessions.
1-1 Coaching (for individuals):
1-1 Coaching is designed to help a person explore and work towards a new goal or change in their life.
Topics we might cover together can be vast but might include goals such as finding your confidence, dealing with anxiety, focusing on career progression or making more time for your hobbies and general well-being.
Coaching can build awareness and help keep you focused on achieving your goal and can often uncover some useful understanding about who you are and what might help to motivate you again in the future.
