I draw on real Studio experience, Psychological Training, Accredited Coaching, and hands-on Operational insight. Together, we make sense of what’s happening, ease the pressure, and steady the Team so the Creative work can continue to move forward.

Why People Work With Me
I’ve spent 15 years working inside and alongside Creative Teams — leading Operations, supporting Production, negotiating Partnerships, running Studios, and helping projects move from idea to delivery.
I started my career in the wider Entertainment Industry before moving fully into Games, and that mix has shaped how I work today. I’ve held Senior roles inside Independent Studios, supported several others as their Operations or Studio Lead, and worked closely with Founders at different stages of their own careers.
Across that time I’ve helped build new Teams, stabilise Studios during difficult moments, secure funding, negotiate with publishers and partners, run restructures, support Leadership transitions, and create the systems that help Creative work move. I’ve been in the room during Milestone pressure, Team conflict, big Creative decisions, and the quiet moments where a Founder admits they’re not sure what to do next.
Alongside my Studio work, I’ve held Industry roles with BAFTA, served on the Board at Ukie and support The Norwich Games Festival as Festival Patron. I regularly speak at international conferences about Leadership, Creative work, and the realities of running Studios. I’m an Accredited Coach with Psychological Training - a unique trait that I believe helps me support the people behind the work as much as the work itself.
All of this means I understand the full picture: the Creative ambition, the human pressure, the operational load, and the day-to-day realities that shape what it actually feels like to run a Studio.
